## Information accessed

The tool reads the authorizing account's email address, Apps Script source and manifest files, project metadata and deployment information. Source files may contain business information embedded by their authors. Read-only script authorization does not provide access to the contents of linked spreadsheets, Gmail mailboxes or Calendar events.

Purpose and storage

The operator uses this information for source backups, version comparison and maintenance review. Source snapshots are stored on the operator's computer and may be committed to private GitHub repositories selected by the operator. OAuth credentials are stored locally outside those repositories. These public information pages contain no source snapshots or credentials.

The operator may use OpenAI Codex to carry out the backup and review workflow. Google, GitHub and OpenAI process data involved in their respective services under the applicable account settings and service terms. The tool itself has no advertising, sale-of-data or model-training function.

Retention and control

Local snapshots and private repository history remain until the operator removes them. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically erase existing backups. Repository history and service-provider retention may persist separately from a local file deletion.

The operator can revoke the Google connection in Google Account's third-party connections settings and remove local credentials. Before distributing the tool or allowing additional users, the operator must review and update these practices and provide an appropriate support contact.
